Autalavou (Youth)
Also known as VOO, the Autalavou is a bridge between generations, where Samoan tradition and Christian faith walk together. Rooted in faaaloalo, tautua, and alofa, it keeps our youth anchored to faith, family, and identity. A light of hope, it shapes young hearts to lead with purpose, serve with devotion, and walk in the light of Christ.
E LELE LE TOLOA, AE MA’AU I LE VAI
This Samoan proverb speaks to identity and belonging. No matter how far one may travel, they are always drawn back to their roots, their family, and their culture, like the toloa bird that may fly afar yet is forever drawn back to the water. It is a gentle reminder that home is more than a place; it lives within who we are.
